Finished floral. It was a struggle.

I painted this using Gansai Tambi paints. They don’t behave like my usual paints. They aren’t as transparent and have a sort of weird, creamy consistency. I like them, but it was a bit of a learning curve.

In the end, I was just happy to be done with this.

  1. This is so beautiful. It is interesting to see and hear how different paints, paper, and so on behave in different situations for different works.

    1. Texture. They are Japanese paints and it’s not unusual. Just not what I’m used to.
