In order to escape my own cycle of insanity, I’ve started a side project.

I’m creating a series of watercolor cards that I may eventually get around to selling. Right now I’m trying different cotton watercolor card sets to decide if I want to do it this way or if I want to cut my own.

I love drawing and painting chonky little furballs, so that’s the theme I’m going with.

It gives me a break from the more serious landscape studies. I think we all need a break and some levity now and again.

I love the name. They are chonky. They are cute. Perfect name, chonky cuteness. They are such fun little chonkies.
